The process
1. Discovery: I learn about your client's goals, content, and design preferences. 2. Build: I scaffold the site from the starter architecture — domain model, CMS schema, templates, and artifact pipeline. 3. Review: You review and request changes. 4. Launch: I deploy, configure DNS, and hand you the keys.
Tech stack
Astro SSR, Sanity CMS, Vercel/Cloudflare hosting, GROQ, TypeScript, Zod. No WordPress, no plugins, no jQuery. Every site includes the full artifact pipeline (AI summaries, audio, RSS, JSON-LD, search embeddings) from day one.
Scope
Fixed scope means exactly what's agreed. Changes outside scope are quoted separately. Typical delivery: 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
